FounderLauren is a Founding Partner at Harken Search and has over a decade of experience in the construction and property industry. She began her career as a Delivery Consultant on retained campaigns and went on to lead a division with a property and construction specialist recruitment firm.
Lauren specialises in executive search across residential development, using tailored, discreet headhunting approaches to secure high-calibre talent. Her focus isn’t just on helping clients attract the right people — but on supporting them to retain and develop leaders who drive long-term impact.

Operations DirectorBeth is a Founding Partner at Harken Search and brings over a decade of leadership experience within people strategy and organisational development. She leads our operational functions and helps shape the strategic direction of the business.
