Job description

You’ll provide end-to-end M&E support across the project lifecycle—from early-stage design and technical reporting through to detailed design coordination and site engagement. The role is primarily office-based with site visits as required.

Essential Experience
• Experience in residential building services design (developer-side experience preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical design (mechanical bias advantageous)
• HNC/HND qualification in Building Services or related discipline
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, including confident report writing and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with British Standards, CIBSE guides, and evolving M&E/fire regulations
